This Haitian Blue, is the closest thing I have tasted to Jamaican Blue Mountain.

This Haitian Blue coffee comes from Coopacvod, one of the oldest known cooperatives in Haiti. This is the only Arabica Blue Mountain being exported, and the only Organic Coffee found in Haiti. Coopacvod has also committed to growing 100% Organic and Shade Grown coffee.

The Cup is mellow, smooth and creamy. with notes of roasted almonds. Acidity is low, body is medium. smooth finish with astonishing balance.
